A European garment sourcing network replaced its legacy order system with Odoo, covering every style from first inquiry to shipment across its companies in Belgium, Hong Kong, China and Bangladesh.

DTO Fashion sources garments for European fashion, outdoor and sportswear brands. Account managers in Europe sell to buyers, while merchandisers in Asia follow production in the factories, and each order passes between DTO's own companies before it reaches the customer.
All of this lived in an ageing in-house system and spreadsheets: inquiries, cost sheets from several vendors, sizes and colours, sample logs, packing lists and shipments. Margins were hard to see, and every intercompany step was entered twice.
