Duplicate folder protection
Near-duplicate names ("Pvt" and "Private", "Ltd" and "Limited", typos) are caught before a new folder is created, with the option to merge or request access instead.
Safety rules you can rely on
Signing out never deletes files, and anything set aside is kept for 30 days with a warning before it is removed.
"On this computer" view
Each user can see what is stored locally and free up space, while the files stay safe on Drive.
