Standard Odoo covers most of what a business needs. For the rest we build custom modules, reports and integrations, kept small, documented and written so they can be carried to the next Odoo version.

Documents and reports
Sales tax invoices in FBR format, quotations, delivery notes and statements in your own layout, Excel exports, and management reports your accountants and directors actually read.
Dashboards
Sales, collections, bank and cash position, stock and project dashboards, plus a daily digest email so managers see the numbers without logging in.
Approvals and controls
Discount approvals, customer credit limits, stock transfer approvals, payment authorisation, PIN-protected screens and access rules by branch, department or role.
Industry modules
Hospital billing and doctor revenue shares, equipment and reagent rental, warranty and repairs, vehicle trip sheets, immigration case pipelines and other workflows Odoo does not ship with.

ZKTeco attendance machines feeding check-ins straight into Odoo Attendance and Payroll.

Facebook and Instagram lead ads and website forms creating CRM leads automatically, routed to the right branch or salesperson.

Tax authorities

Two-way integration with banks, POS devices, legacy software and other platforms through Odoo's API.
How we keep customisation safe
- We check first whether standard Odoo or a configuration change already does the job.
- Every change is a separate module under version control, never an edit to Odoo's own code.
- Changes are tested on a copy of your database before they reach the live system.
- A backup is taken before every deployment, and you get a short note of what changed.
Customisation questions
Will custom modules stop us upgrading Odoo?
Not if they are built properly. Because our changes are separate modules rather than edits to Odoo itself, they are ported to the new version as part of an upgrade.
Can you customise an Odoo system another partner implemented?
Yes. We review the existing modules first, then build on them or replace them where they cause problems.
Do you work on Odoo Community as well as Enterprise?
Yes. We build for both, and often add modules to Community that cover features otherwise found only in Enterprise.
